Our Quality

We, Metal-Tech Engineers, are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company and as a matter of our quality policy, we lay great stress on achieving total customer satisfaction providing a total solution to the problems and requirements of the customers. For us, quality is the first priority and to ensure it we  rigorously scrutinize each and every product. To ensure respective quality standards nationally and internationally, there is an efficient quality control check system to manage any discrepancy. Every product manufactured by us goes through the following quality checking processes:

• Chemical analysis: Chemical compositions analysis is practiced to ensure desired chemical standards
• Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test: Experimented to pressure pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45 Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59 Mpa. It is taken care of that no leakage occurs
• Corrosion test: Corrosion resistance test is experimented to the corrosion-resistance pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures. It is taken care of that no tendency of inter crystalline corrosion should occur
• Technical performances test: Flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, hardness test, metallographic test, bending test, nondestructive inspection (Eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test) are performed.
  

In addition, we manufacture products according to IS (Indian Standard), Agma, DIN standards and IPPS (Inter Plant Steel Standard). Chemical, Physical and Non-destructive tests are done with the help of government/non-government approved testing organizations.
