Quality Policy

Being an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization, we pay utmost heed to quality of products. Our quality policy is aimed at supplying flawless products to the customers thereby achieving total customer satisfaction.

We follow a comprehensive quality control system whereby each product is subjected to thorough analysis on certain parameters. The tests are conducted under the strict supervision of in-house quality experts. The policy entails that all the products shall go through:

• Chemical analysis: Chemical compositions analysis practiced to ensure desired chemical standards.
• Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test: It is experimented to put pressure on pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds; no leakage should occur. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59Mpa.
• Corrosion test: Corrosion resistance test is experimented to measure corrosion-resistance of pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures; no tendency of intercrystalline corrosion should occur.
• Technical performances test: This includes flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, hardness test, metallographic test, bending test, nondestructive inspection (eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test).
  

However, for the complete satisfaction of our customers, we also facilitate Third Party Inspections.

Third Party Inspection

We manufacture according to IS (Indian Standard), Agme, Din Standards and IPPS (Inter Plant Steel Standard). As regards chemical, physical and non-destructive testing, we outsource to Govt./Govt. approved testing organisation. We commit to provide respective Manufacture's Test Certificate.

Inspection : Our inspection department makes an internal inspection Report For every dispatch. We posses various precision instruments such as dial, tooth and digital vernier calipers, micrometers and other gauges of various capacities for critical inspections.
